Surrounded by centennial olive trees, you will learn the circle of life of the olive tree, the olive varieties and the different ways of collecting the olives, along with other curiosities.
You will visit an Oil Mill from the XV century. You will learn the different between the traditional process of olive oil elaboration and the modern process of making it. You will also learn the benefits and properties of the olive oil and its use in the cuisine. You will taste 5 varieties of olive oil: fruity, spicy, bitter, etc.
You will find a different selection of best quality products like olive oil, cosmetics, Serrano ham, wine, cheeses and traditional inlay. The visit will continue for the Lecin valley where you will see the different landscape of lemon trees, orange trees and almond trees.
To end the visit, you could enjoy a meal in a traditional inn, where you could taste the seasonal local specialties such as soak, fennel stew, gazpacho, roasted ham, choto, crumbs, etc. The lunch includes first and second dishes, wine, desert and coffee.
